Welcome to Bio-Dash

Welcome to Bio-Dash, an optimal performance and wellbeing program that makes learning about wellbeing fun and engaging. Bio-Dash is unique because it combines science-backed wellbeing strategies with teacher-facilitated activities that demonstrate the mind-body connection.

These Bio-Dash modules have been crafted to be easily integrated into your classroom fostering an environment that supports their personal wellbeing goals. Through hands-on activities, guided discussions, and experiential learning, your students will learn how to cultivate a sense of empowerment and agency, enabling them to take charge of their own wellbeing.

Importantly, you do not require specialised wellbeing knowledge to oversee the program as the interactive videos provide the scientific content. The facilitator’s guide will lead you through the program structure, activities and discussion points.

Developed by the Bio-Dash Team at the Faculty of Education at the University of Melbourne this program explores a series of transformative modules that seamlessly integrate into your classroom environment.
